I actually came here to post this exact thing.
Index III was handled pretty poorly but I'd hope they learn from their mistakes once the New Testament stuff begins in the anime.
I'm also really looking forward to eventually seeing the recent-ish Railgun arc with Shundan Kimi get animated - she's one of my fav raildex villains in a long time.

It feels horrible to complain about Soul Eater, but... The manga's later parts are super good and need adapted.
D.Gray-man... My 3rd favorite manga, and the anime is so stupidly paced other than Hallow. So it's not even a question for me personally, I want a proper anime for it. (with the mangaka's health, the story probably won't finish, but that possibility doesn't stop HxH from having a good anime).
